Expectation: Deeply interested in how NLU works, and applied to real world problems.

Qualification:
1. Strong math background (linear algebra, statistics), solid machine learning background.
2. The ability to understand/produce documents in English, including research papers.
3. Proficient in Python. For example, finished reading in fluent python.
4. Familiar with at least one deep learning framework: tf2.0 or pytorch. (tensorflow 2.0 is preferred).
5. Familiar with state of art nlu models like LSTM and BERT, had interest in keeping track of the new development.
6. Understand the importance the engineering nature of ML, and have knowledge in TFX, and underlying infrastructure like kubeflow/airflow, including flink/spark.
7. Understand language other than Chinese and English is a big plus.
