工作职责:
We are looking for a C&B professional with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our HR team in IBU Customer Support Center.
√ Participate in compensation related policies and process design or optimization; closely works with function teams to ensure successful implementation;
√ Calculate and analyze labor cost such as incentive, allowance on a monthly basis, make suggestion on labor cost optimization;
√ Be responsible to timely provide regular report of labor cost, budget and analysis;
√ Take leading role for compensation annual regular programs including annual merit increase and implementation, annual bonus etc., in accordance with Group and BU C&B policy and time frame;
√ Collaborate with Global Operations team in the update and iteration of C&B related function in operation system;
√ Lead yearly performance management, be in charge of the whole process of Performance Review, including guide people manager and supervise the execution;
√ Conduct statistics, summarize and check Performance Review result, analyze to improve Performance Review regulation, make advices;
√ Explain and publicize the policy of C&B and Performance Review, lead daily adjustment and maintenance.
任职资格:
√ Overseas education background, majoring in HR or related field.
√ Good English skill in both oral and writing.
√ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
√ Ability to advice, influence at different organization levels.
√ Ability to initiate and drive change, managing resistance and organization challenges.
√ Good communication and presentation skills to translate numbers into a meaningful language for leadership.
√ Ability to develop and manage good working relationships based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.
√ Comfortable working independently, in a team and global changing environment.
√ Demonstrated global mindset and experience successfully working in a global organization or external consulting with exposure to global companies.
