Requirements
- With relevant work experience in Internet or Software operations, familiar with the system and gameplay of platform operations
- Strong self-driven, willing to accept new things, strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to fast-paced and high-intensity work.
- Able to work in an English work environment and communicate with build team and overseas business team
Responsibilities
- Handle stakeholder inquiries and concerns
- Provide support for the overseas business teams on daily operation
- Closely monitor customer feedback partnering with the Customer Experience team and clarify deficiencies in a timely manner. Provide feedback to Product Manager for future product improvement
- Draft user manual and conduct training to users and stakeholders
- Maintain product performance reports
