Software Engineering Intern

Location: Shanghai

Garrett Motion seeks an intern with experience in software design, coding and debugging. The intern will gain exciting real-world software engineering experience at a thriving company.

We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another. The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• You will design, develop, code and test software systems, or applications for software improvements and new products.

• Document and test new software applications

• Assess new application ideas

• Research competitor offerings

• Other documenting work

Education:

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Requirements

• You are familiar of programming in one of the following programming languages including but not limited to: Go, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with tools and technologies like Git, TeamCity, AWS, Docker is a plus

• You bring enthusiasm for solving interesting problems

• Ability to work in teams

• Workable English skills in both oral and written
