Qualifications Portfolio: 3+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI design expertise, particularly in web-based applications. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. UX Design Proficiency: Deep understanding of UX design processes, utilizing user insights and business objectives to craft innovative, user-centric solutions. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, the primary design tool utilized within the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams, with a natural ability to gather diverse perspectives and inputs from designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
