"岗位职责 1、负责海外社交（元宇宙）产品中营收模块的整体规划与设计，包括支付流程、营收功能玩法、付费道具与场景、付费用户权益等，结合目标市场（东南亚、中东等地区）用户需求与市场趋势，制定清晰的营收产品路线图 2、深入研究海外社交、直播、语音房、互动游戏等相关领域的产品形态与运营模式，提炼核心亮点并融入到现有产品中，基于社交核心场景，丰富营收场景和付费玩法 3、主导产品付费营收体系的搭建与优化，独立设计付费功能（如虚拟道具、会员体系、付费互动玩法等）和营收玩法，制定合理的定价策略，对产品营收转化与收入增长负责，定期分析营收数据并提出优化方案，提升付费用户转化率、留存率与营收。 4、负责对接海外（东南亚、中东、欧美地区）各类支付渠道并优化支付流程，包括官方支付渠道、第三方支付平台、vip用户通道等，推进相关技术对接与上线，解决支付过程中的各类问题，保障用户支付体验与资金安全，同时优化支付转化率。 5、负责社交&营收体系内的相关需求，与技术、设计、运营等团队紧密协作，明确项目需求与时间节点，推动产品迭代开发与上线，确保产品功能按时高质量交付。 6、持续关注海外市场动态、竞争对手产品策略及用户反馈，及时调整产品方向与策略，提升产品在目标市场的竞争力。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，拥有3 年以上互联网产品经理工作经验，且具备海外社交、直播、语音房、游戏等至少一类相关产品的完整项目经验，熟悉此类产品的业务逻辑、用户需求与设计要点。 2、熟悉海外（东南亚、中东、南美等地区）主流支付渠道的特性与对接流程，有本地第三方支付对接实战经验，能够独立解决支付对接过程中的技术与业务问题，对支付转化率优化有一定见解。 3、具备丰富的社交 / 直播付费营收玩法设计经验，能够独立完成付费功能与营收玩法的设计工作，有成功推动产品营收增长的案例者优先，对数据敏感，能够通过数据分析发现问题并优化营收策略，对营收转化结果负责。 4、具备优秀的产品思维与创新能力，能够准确把握目标市场用户需求与产品发展方向，善于挖掘用户潜在需求并转化为产品功能。 5、拥有良好的沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，能够有效推动跨部门团队协作，确保项目顺利推进，具备较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。 6、熟悉海外文化与用户习惯，英语听说读写能力良好，有丰富的海外产品经验优先"
