Overall Purpose of Role: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic automation team. You will be part of our existing QA automation team in Shenzhen but will work closely with our QA team in London office to ensure seamless collaboration and integration. （一）岗位工作内容： 1、负责后端程序的开发与性能调优。 2、配合前端高效工作，配合产品的测试和发布。 3.解决系统运行中出现的问题。 4、负责数据库设计，优化和维护，确定数据安全和高效存储。 5、参与团队的技术讨论和分享，指导或者与团队交流学习，提升团队水平。 （二）岗位任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上php开发经验。 2、具有较强的分析和解决问题能力，高责任心，良好的沟通学习能力和团队合作精神。 3、精通php，熟悉主流框架，具有良好的编程习惯和代码规范。 4、具有良好的面向对象思想，有一定的架构能力。 5、熟悉linux系统，掌握基本的服务器配置和维护技术，熟悉shell命令。 6、熟练掌握mysql的设计，优化和复杂查询能力，有一定的数据库维护能力。 7、熟练使用nginx、apache服务器技术，及redis等缓存，队列技术，以及nosql软件和分词工具。 8、具有较强的需求理解能力,系统分析能力,以及文档编写能力，熟练对接各种第三方接口及各种sdk。 9、掌握基本的web开发技术栈。 10、有良好的阅读及制定文档的能力。 加分： 1、深入熟悉oop，深入使用设计模式 2、熟悉docker,k8s等容器和服务编排工具 3、熟悉微服务 4、独立开发大项目设计或重构经验 5、大项目分库分表 6、大型项目高并发处理经验，大数据项目性能优化经验
