Payment, Cash and Treasury team works on treasury areas like Payment, Cash management, Treasury and Risk Management in a new innovative way by using SAP HANA and Fiori technology. Our solution provides customers the end to end process for all the treasury related business scenario. You as an associate developer will be responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, and quality assurance of our planned product features.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, project timeline, feature scope, commitments, and project-related decisions. 2. Relentlessly resolve ambiguity with positivity and clear, scalable processes 3. Define schedules, plans, and drive alignment. Drive strategic and tactical decisions to ensure successful delivery of projects 4. Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) 5. Effectively handle change and risk, collaborating with your colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software industry 2. Scaled Agile Framework experience in a software environment 3. Proven track record to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with previous experience of helping them deliver against a backlog 4. Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog and development management is required. Agile, Scrum, and/or other iterative development methodologies preferred. 5. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 6. You will • Define all functional and performance related aspects (strategy, design, implementation details); as well as all necessary measures to ensure the efficient operation (low number of incidents, fast resolution in case of incidents) • Continuous learning and regular exchange with internal and external stake holders on potential technological innovations. • Work as technical lead in feature teams to ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure. • Be an expert who bridges the business and technology, can work at Singapore 6-12 months per year. • Supports Sales department in tender solution bidding and proposal activities. • Collaboration with Sales and assist in site surveys and reports, customer meetings, presentations, preparation of technical proposals and demo to prospective customers. • Support the delivery team on system design, implementation, and commission of the projects. To be successful in the role you must have or be able to: • Professional architecture design skills and experience with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Manage and deliver a large-scale transformation program and project to time, cost and quality. • Knowledge of programming languages wildly used in the market such as Java, .Net, R, Python etc. • Strong consulting skills and ability to present to an audience, also on higher management level. • Leading the delivery of major project and programme activities, including business process design, application modernization or transformation, testing and end user training involving multiple cross functional stakeholders utilizing agile delivery methodology. • Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality work products by NCS teams. • Acting as a subject matter resource in one or more areas, leveraging knowledge and experience to contribute to solution and shaping services for clients. • Leading presentations and proposals for medium to high complex project and programme activities and providing subject matter insight in relevant areas. • Driving improvements by taking responsibility for engagement / account level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives, ensuring that project teams understand and comply with NCS Q&RM requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering or similar • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • At least five years high proficiency in application designing; including overall blueprint design, low level design, performance tuning, technical issue solution.
