职位职责： ByteIntern：面向2026届毕业生（2025年9月-2026年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：抖音集团内容质量与数据服务平台（DOUYIN GROUP CONTENT QUALITY AND DATA SERVICE，简称CQC）是负责抖音集团今日头条、抖音、西瓜等产品内容安全与质量工作的团队，在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作，为产品线提供数据服务的基础支持。平台下设内容质量中心、数据中心及运营支持中心，在全国10余个城市有业务分布。 1、搭建具有通用性和可拓展性的语音大模型数据标注和模型评测框架（NLP、TTS、ASR、音乐等方向），与算法团队对齐标准、撰写相关培训方案，根据模型迭代方向提供高质量数据，对自动化链路搭建、数据质量评估及外部资源管理负责； 2、结合行业趋势及业务应用场景，迭代更新评测标准、构建评测题库，负责语音大模型效果评测，定期反馈评估结果，产出评估报告，确保大模型评估结果置信； 3、与产品算法团队协同，积极探索自动化数据生产/模型评估、数据合成等方法，提高数据标注/评测效率，持续跟踪大模型技术进展，持续探索智能高效的数据生产模式。 职位要求： 1、2026届本科及以上学历在读，计算机语言学、语言智能、数字语言、语言学相关、计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备互联网产品/运营或大模型数据、评测的实习或项目经验优先（语音方向优先）； 3、对大模型、数据、评测有理解和认知，具备一定的PE或代码能力，对语音大模型的技术和产品应用有兴趣； 4、具备良好的数据分析和沟通能力，能够适应快节奏、多线程的工作模式。

职位职责： ByteIntern：面向2026届毕业生（2025年9月-2026年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：抖音集团内容质量与数据服务平台（DOUYIN GROUP CONTENT QUALITY AND DATA SERVICE，简称CQC）是负责抖音集团今日头条、抖音、西瓜等产品内容安全与质量工作的团队，在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作，为产品线提供数据服务的基础支持。平台下设内容质量中心、数据中心及运营支持中心，在全国10余个城市有业务分布。 1、负责内容安全、反作弊、青少年保护等多安全业务场景的模型运营，支持模型结构设计、数据工程、模型训练迭代、模型效果评估等全链路工作，保证业务需求稳定交付；负责Autope、Auto Workflow、Multi Agents、类Manus等原子能力构建，系统输出实验认知，并应用在解决成熟业务问题上，协助团队共同攻克业务治理瓶颈； 2、灵活应用传统文本、计算机视觉、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板，兼具经营思维，擅长选ROI最优的解，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 3、与跨业务线产品运营、算法团队合作推动项目进展，了解并持续跟进大模型技术原理，支持团队专利沉淀，在各业务场景治理效果、效率上持续领跑行业。 职位要求： 1、2026届本科及以上学历在读，数学/计算机/经管/HCI等专业优先； 2、有模型训练、业务流设计、策略设计类或者内容安全治理类实习或项目经验者优先； 3、有机器学习基础，对传统模型和大模型技术有一定认知，明晰算法在机审场景的应用方法； 4、熟练掌握SQL，具备Python数据开发和处理能力者优先，乐于主动学习新技术，能够基于数据独立分析业务问题； 5、聪明灵活，较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作，愿意挑战复杂问题且有解决问题的韧性； 6、加分项：ACM挑战赛获奖者优先，在ACL、EMNLP、NAACL、COLING、ICCV、ECCV、CVPR、NeurIPS、ICLR、AAAI、CoNLL、NLPCC发表过文章者优先。
