岗位职责： 1)负责公司核心产品的前后端全流程开发，包括需求分析、架构设计、代码实现、单元测试及上线部署； 2)参与技术方案评审，优化系统性能、安全性与可扩展性，解决复杂技术难题； 3)前端方向：负责页面交互逻辑开发，实现响应式布局与优质用户体验，维护前端组件库与工程化规范； 4)后端方向：设计 接口，搭建与优化数据库结构，处理高并发、高可用场景下的服务架构； 5)参与产品迭代讨论，结合技术视角提供合理优化建议，推动产品与技术协同发展； 6)沉淀技术经验，编写技术文档，提升整体研发效率。 7)完成领导安排的其他任务 任职要求： 1)前端技术：熟练掌握 HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript（ES6+）/TypeScript，精通Vue主流框架，熟悉 Webpack/Vite 等工程化工具，有小程序实际工作经验； 2)后端技术：精通至少一种/两种后端语言（.Net/Java/Python），掌握主流框架（Express/Spring Boot等）； 3)数据存储：熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQLServe 等至少一种数据库，具备数据库设计、索引优化与查询调优能力； 4)开发能力：具备独立完成从需求到上线的全流程开发经验，理解前后端分离架构，有跨端开发经验者优先； 5)工程素养：熟悉 Git 版本控制，了解 CI/CD 流程，具备良好的代码规范、文档编写习惯与问题排查能力； 6)软技能：具备较强的沟通协作能力、逻辑思维能力与学习能力，能快速适应业务变化，对技术有热情与钻研精神。 7)有大型互联网项目、高并发系统或开源项目开发经验； 8)熟悉云服务（AWS / 阿里云 / 腾讯云）、容器化（Docker/K8s）或微服务架构； 9)具备一定的产品思维，能结合业务场景优化技术方案；
