RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
As a Senior Account Executive, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverable for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.

1. Ensure brand success across relevant social media and paid media channels.
确保品牌在相关社交媒体和付费媒体渠道的成功运营和交付。
2. Provide Client and Team with feedback on project on a daily/” need-to-know” basis.

3. Helping the team understand the competitive landscape in order to develop a digital strategy. Demonstrate ability to brief, inform and motivate junior level team.

4. Ensure that the client is advised on digital strategy in line with the current regulations, functions and accessibility across the digital landscape.

5. Maintain and protect at all times the confidentiality of client data, accounts and reports.

6. Ensure brand success across paid media channels. KOL paid media campaign experienced.

7. Create content together with our suppliers of the highest standard without errors and in line with the content strategy.

8. Through research and networking, stay aware of business and commercial trends in the clients’ industries so as to advise and guide clients to make informed decisions related to their digital presence in the market.

9. Support the sales efforts to develop cross sell /up-sell opportunities within existing portfolios

10. Manage training and development junior level team.

REQUIRMENTS 职位要求:
1. Minimum 5-6 years of account management experience in 4A agency, MCN or related field.
5-6年以上4A、MCN或相关领域客户管理经验。
2. Strong account management, analytical, problem solving skills and sound financial management skills
较强的客户管理、分析、解决问题的能力和良好的预算管理能力
3. Experience leading more than 10 members of team
带领10人以上团队工作经验
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation in both Chinese and English abilities

5. Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.

6. Strong aptitude for building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues. Maintain a close and effective client relationship. Be committed to teamwork, achieving results and displaying integrity.

8. To be able to clearly, comprehensively and logically present from concepts to costing.
