• Develop and manage project scope, resource plans, issues, risks, communications, and quality/testing plans
• Consistent track record of success driving complex projects and programs from inception to delivery
• Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope change requests from internal (business) and external (Vendor or Partner) stakeholders

• Monitor delivery of projects and escalate issues when necessary

• Experience
1. More than 6 years’ working experience in IT & digital project management.
2. Participated in at least 2 full cycle projects as project manager.
3. Familiar with both B2B & B2C business process and applications
4. High level of business orientation; Proactive and process mind set
5. Strong experience in collaboration with virtual team
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (both written and oral)
7. Excellent problem solving & team collaboration skills
8. Proficient spoken and written command of English
9. Understanding of different culture
10. Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets
