Organize and maintain calendars for VP
Produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints
Provide range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration)
Arranging team meetings and workshops, scheduling calls for teams
Role: Executive Assistant
Budget: around 10K month salary.
Sub-con HC in: Admin
Requirement:
Good English - English need both oral and written
Communication skill
Quick learner & response
Active Attitude
1 year secretary related MNC working experience
Finance background is a plus
Excel and PPT Skill
Bachelor and above
