1. 分析全球内市场机会及各渠道内竞品动态，确定相应渠道内的产品布局，产品定位并据此制定适宜的运营策略并推进上市。Market demand and competition analysis, operation strategies adjustment and execution based on statistics data. 

2. 带领本组成员完成本区域的销售目标。销售差异分析，改善对策执行。Lead the team to accomplish the goal of sales. Missed sales opportunities analytics and strategy adjustment. 

3. 充分利用现有市场预算，合理分配渠道内外的营销投入，优化投入产出。Make full use of advertising budget of E-commerce platforms to realize ROI optimization, be able to implement sales increasing with traffic outside of E-commerce platforms. 

4. 根据运营数据，分析并给出优化建议，协同支持部门确保各渠道内竞争力。In order to improve competitiveness, have the ability to communicate with marketing and other teams about the statistics data. 

5. 与平台类目经理维持沟通，保持良好关系，获取平台优质资源支持销售。 能够主导参与平台的谈判，代表公司与平台达成一致.有规划的制定不同的促销活动以促进销售。Keep good relationship with platform’s account manager and acquire deal opportunities.Lead the negotiation with the platforms to fight for the benefits of the company.Make annual promotion plans.

Ø 3年以上电商运营相关工作经验， 市场营销类专业、电子商务类专业、数据类专业，管理学专业等等Over 3 year working experience in International E-commerce area.Marketing, E-commerce, Statistics, Management …

 Ø 熟悉全球主流电商平台。熟悉电商相关各类供应商的行业信息。Familiar with all main E-commerce platforms globally.Familiar with the industry information of various suppliers related to E-commerce. 

Ø 熟悉全球各个国家及地区的经济形势。Familiar with the economic situation of all countries. 

Ø 中文/英文可以沟通。优秀的Microsoft Office使用技能，PPT制作和讲解技巧。Good at oral English and mandarin.Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Power Point. 

Ø 良好的数据分析能力，对数据敏感。Good at dealing with numbers and statistics.
