• Understand and well hands on Agile Working Model (AWM);

• Acknowledge with ITIL methodology and its implementation;

Working Experience

• IT Project / Product Management experience.

• Budget management, project reporting experience

Technical Skill

• Good skill in Agile toolchain.

• Good skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English.

• Good mind-set on IT project management methodologies (PMP);

• Good in PowerPoint, Excel, Word MS office, Project, etc.

• Strong operations management skill to operating multiple application.

• Technical knowledge, strong new technology learning ability

• Domain knowledge in Web/network;

Soft Skill

• Proactive and fast learner and self-driven attitude and capabilities.

1st Good communication in both English and Chinese in speaking and writing.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.

• Good teamwork management.

• Good conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
