Responsibilities
You will be working directly with the General Partner of the firm
● Assist GP with administrative tasks with a focus on personal affairs
● Write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the GP’s behalf
● Maintain various records and documents, pipeline management on major tasks
● Ensure that leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges
● Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
● Undergraduate degree or above; professional proficiency in English is a must
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI productivity tools, and other office management applications
● Comfort with multi-tasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Strong interpersonal skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
