Responsibilities:
1. Allocate testing tasks to team members based on project requirements.
2. Monitor the testing process of the team.
3. Track and analyze results to address issues during the process.

Requirements:
1. Diploma holder or above in Computer or related fields.
2. Proficient English reading and writing skills with a certificate of CET-4 or above.
3. Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience，solid knowledge of common testing methods, capacity of software testing platform establishment.
4. Knowledge of software engineering and a solid understanding of database systems and network concepts.
5. Strong skills of communication and independent writing to create testing documentation.
