Main responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage project plans and ensure deliveries on time with quality.
2. Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end to end, involving a range of programs and systems.
3. Communicate and coordinate with different roles and stakeholders, including business, product, and engineer.
4. Drive the agile practice and keep optimizing the processes.

Required qualifications:
1.Fluent English speaking and writing.
2.Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related majors.
3.Solid project management skills.
4.Solid interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
5.Good teamwork, passion and ownership.

Qualifications as a plus:
1.Work experience in the cross-border payment or WEB3 industry.
2.Formal project management training or certification, like PMP.
