Responsibilities:
1. Formulating the sales plan of SMM overseas exhibition projects, promoting the project sales progress and achieving the sales objectives.
2. Responsible for the preparation before the exhibition, on-site coordination and implementation, post-event summary and review, strictly control the schedule of the event, and promote the smooth progress of the event.
3. Manage the personnel and task assignment of the overseas exhibition business segment.
4. Maintain and develop potential sales partners, associations, social media, etc., and help recruit overseas participants.
5. Regularly provide overseas business reports and insights, and provide strategic suggestions for overseas exhibition business.
6. Complete the tasks related to SMM overseas exhibition business assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with overseas conference and exhibition project management/sales experience,fluent spoken and written English.
2. Strong ability of overall planning and coordination, integrated management of internal and external resources, and effective promotion of project implementation.
3. Strong logical thinking ability and innovation ability, activity summary and analysis ability.
4. Have strong ability to cope with emergencies and complex situations.
