Develop independent technical solutions with a focus on cost, time, and requirements.
Develop concepts, conduct feasibility studies, and perform deep-dive analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
Design and update 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and data sheets.
Update documentation in accordance with project management processes.
Provide technical support for ongoing products, including technical clarification, design updates, and quality improvements.
Build and maintain positive relationships within the ***** factory and with global R&D partners.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of experience in research, development, or testing of high voltage switchgear.
Outstanding knowledge of mechanical theory, including stress calculation, force calculation, kinematics, mechanics, and mechanical vibration.
Structural thinking to determine the best path for complex challenges, with the ability to build reasonable plans and schedules.
Proficiency in MS Office and ProE or equivalent experience; skills in Ansys and Matlab are a plus.
A proactive, driven, and confident working style.
Strong oral and written English skills for effective technical communication
