工作职责:
1、根据公司信息化建设规划，建立信息安全管理体系，确保公司信息安全；
1.Establish an information security management system in accordance with the company's IT strategic plan to safeguard corporate information security;
2、负责公司数字化团队的组织建设，根据数字化建设需要，对团队进行调整优化、调配及考核；
2. Lead organizational development of the digital team, including restructuring, optimization, allocation and performance evaluation based on digital transformation requirements;
3、负责部门体系建设，相关制度文件的编制、完善与监督执行；
3. Oversee departmental system development, including drafting, refining and enforcing relevant policies and procedures;
4、依据信息化项目推进计划，负责项目的成本预算、调研分析、设计开发、数据导入、验收交付及人员进度、问题风险等的统筹管理；
4. Manage all aspects of IT projects including budgeting, research, design, development, data migration, acceptance testing, resource allocation, and risk management per project timelines;
5、负责公司内外网络的建设、优化与维护，保证各业务领域网络及系统的正常运行；
5. Design, optimize and maintain internal and external network infrastructure to ensure reliable operation across all business units;
6、负责公司监控、弱电等工程的规划布局、设备安装、网络维护等管理；
6. Manage planning, installation and maintenance of security surveillance and low-voltage systems;
7、上级领导交办的其他临时性工作。
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
任职资格:
1、大学本科及以上学历；计算机相关专业；
1. Bachelor's degree or higher,major in IT or related;
2、5年以上IT管理工作经验，3年以上部门管理经历；
2. 5+ years' IT management experience,3+ years'department management experience;
3、精通WINDOWS平台服务器管理及网络管理，熟悉系统实施流程；
3. Proficient in WINDOWS platform server management and network management, familiar with the system implementation process;
4、熟悉各类ERP、OA、MES系统的应用、系统结构及多种系统实际管理经验；
4.Familiar with the application, system structure and practical management experience of various ERP, OA , MES.
5、精通主流品牌的服务器、存储设备、路由、三层交换机的配置及应用。
5.Proficient in the configuration and application of mainstream brand servers, storage devices, routing and Layer 3 switches.
