KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of firmware design development & NPI of Consumer Electronics products.

1、Lead design oversight within the EE R&D group from product requirement definition towards schematic development, MCU selection, firmware development, testing and documentation. Responsible to handover projects from development laboratory to factory mass production. Reviews the design regularly with his/her manager as well customers. Actively involved in design oversight and mentor junior colleagues in product development. Responsible to Development and maintenance of FW code in C/C++ running on embedded systems

2、Design and test motor control algorithms and software, develop control software for brushless DC motors (BLDC) and field-oriented control (FOC) used in consumer products, have a deep understanding of digital filtering, PID, FOC and other algorithms, and be proficient in using laboratory instruments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Design of electronic products：
Produce clear designs, excellent implementation and high-quality code in accordance to the design specifications, Ensure proper development process for requirement definition, coding and testing, Troubleshoot/ debug embedded code and track software and operational “bugs” to closure, Perform design verification/ validation testing on test and product platforms.

5+ year’s software development experience in related industry.
5年以上相关领域工作经验。
Strong software engineering background of BLDC/FOC control, embedded software development. 有嵌入式软件开发和驱动开发背景。
Good communication and cooperation skills in a multifunction team.各部门间良好的沟通技巧和合作能力。
Self-motivated and team oriented personality.具有上进心和团队合作精神。
