工作内容:
1. Assisting the sales department in solving customer technical problems and proposing solutions that satisfy customers

2. Assist the customer to complete the technical verification test of the product to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirement

3. Assist the service department in analyzing the technical problems and reach an agreement with the customers through communication and persuasion with the customers.
协助服务部门进行技术问题分析,通过与客户的沟通、说服,与客户达成一致。
4. Support marketing department related activities to answer customer questions
支持市场部相关活动,解答客户疑问
5. Assist R&D department to improve product performance and improve product experience
协助R&D部门完善产品性能,提高产品使用体验
6. Assist sales to collect market information for relevant market analysis
协助销售收集市场信息,以供相关市场分析
7. Complete other work-related tasks assigned by management
完成管理层交给的其它工作相关任务
任职要求:
1.Electrical Engineering, Physics, Communication engineering or Material Sciences are preferred.

2.Power electronics knowledge电力电子知识
3.Experience of 2+ years in similar engineering positions are preferred.

4.Good communication skills, able to communicate and convince customers

5.Electrical, physical and related professional backgrounds are preferred

6.English ability, able to communicate with HQ to discuss technical issues, by phone or mail.
