电芯研发工程师 Cell R&D ... 15k-25k

Responsibilities:
1. Support R&D team (Europe & China), prepare material / process study for any new product DOE.
支持研发团队（欧洲&中国），开发新产品原材料及工艺技术。
2. Work with ***** process engineering team to define new process for new product.
与常州工艺团队合作，开发新产品工艺；
3. Support DFMEA & PFEMA study for new product.
新产品的DFMEA和PFEMA撰写；
4. Support sales team for questions from customers.
支持销售团队，了解客户需求及进行技术支持；
5. Familiar and has experience with DOE / FMEA process study.
熟悉应用DOE / FMEA等工具。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical-chemical engineering, or related battery majors.
本科及以上学历，电化学或相关电池类专业；
2. 5 years working experience in lithium battery, 3 years cell design experience ( cylindrical cell design experience preferred ).
5年电池行业工作经验，3年电池设计经验（有圆柱电池设计经验优先）；
3. Good at DOE
擅长实验设计；
4. Six sigma knowledge (Green Belt above preferred).
6西格码知识（绿带以上优先）；
5. Familiar with FMEA (especially DFMEA).
熟悉FMEA（尤其是DFMEA）；
6. Familiar with cell performance test and validation.
熟悉电池性能测试和验证；
7. Fluent English (both written and spoken).
英文流利（书面语、口语）。
