职责描述：
Your role will involve developing equipment control software to support customers in the mentioned domains. Your responsibilities include:

61 Responsible for the architectural design and development of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
61 Analyzing customer needs in software requirement engineering
61 Analyzing, designing, implementing, and test the control software.
61 Conducting peer reviews to ensure product quality.
61 Responsible for the small development team and ensuring team performance.
61 Working as an integral part of a scrum team and handling user stories across the full stack.
61 Developing functionality using Agile practices, emphasizing speed and quality.
The Job Scope
Develop testable quality code in C# for following machine control functionalities:
WPF and WinForm UI develelopment
61 Machine Control and Sequencing
61 Hardware abstraction layer
61 Subsystem / device communication and control
61 System calibration and positional error measurement and compensation
61 SECS/GEM functionalities.
61 Scrum team technically though sprint planning, design review, merge request
review, design/code refactoring activities.
任职要求：
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
61 A technical background with a higher professional or university education.
61 Ideally, a background in the semiconductor, analytical, or medical domain.
61 Have more than 10 years of experience with technical software development in various roles and in various (product) environments and/or projects.
61 Experience in developing equipment control applications, including working with PCbased control, embedded controller, or motion controller
61 Minimum 5 years of experience in C# in object-oriented programming, and UML tools
61 Minimum 5 years in object-oriented analysis and design with common design patterns
61 Minimum 5 years in active design refractoring with CleanCode/Solid princicple , and
design refractoring with common design patterns
61 Minimum 5 years leading Scrum development teams with requirement engineering,
Sprints managements and technical design reviews


DESIRABLE SKILLSET
61 Able to handle complex software solution
61 Experience with C# Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and programming
61 Experience with C# WPF, MVVM framework
61 Experience with C# NUnit unit test framework
61 Worked with Agile Scrum and Kanban team
61 Worked with git workflow with online repositories like Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket etc
61 Worked with git tools like SourceTree, TortoiseGit, GitKraken, Fork etc
61 Worked with Continuous Integration tools
