Purpose of Job:
To assist Marketing Manager/Assist Marketing Manager to running a wide range of promotional activities, tenant’s liaison, and 3rd party event for development.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1.To promote Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan, reinforcing and further enhancing the brand image and leading position in the market through the execution of a wide range of promotional campaigns.
2.Implement promotion campaigns through ensuring the smooth running of a campaign and coordinating the diverse activities that contribute to it.
3.Deliver proactive communication with tenants to ensure timely dissemination of campaign programmes and opportunities for participation are delivered.
4.Monitor and identify key strategic partners and brands to target for venue leasing and revenue generating activities.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1.Collaborate with tenants and third-party organizations to create maximum cooperation and exposure opportunities for landlord campaigns through integrated marketing strategies.
2.Liaise with tenants/qualified 3rd party on different marketing programs and to build sound tenant and 3rd party relationship. Oversee the operation of the venue, increase venue revenue, and expand brand influence by hosting a diverse range of activities that align with brand positioning.
3.Responsible for the collection and maintenance of the tenants related databases.
4.Regularly review and collate details on tenants’ customer profile, marketing and promotional initiatives and sales performance across other centers.
5.Supervise and co-ordinate with in-house teams, agencies and suppliers on the production of different marketing material.
6.Review and assess proposals, creative copy and quotation that tenants’ agencies and suppliers present.
7.Review competitive activities and research customer expectations in order to take action to ensure competitive advantages.
8.Liaise and co-ordinate with Marcom team to ensure effective and timely placement for a variety of marketing campaigns.
9.Handle and manage all tenant requests for events, pop ups and promotional events, from handling venue enquiries to event venue layout approval and logistics arrangement with internal and external parties, as necessary.
10.Handle and manage the logistic arrangement of all in-house promotions (i.e. decorations, sales promotions, activations, etc.)
11.Review and update the overall marketing expenditure and venue income on a monthly basis.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1.Degree in marketing or marketing-related discipline.
2.Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing, event planning and management, preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping center marketing experience is an advantage.
3.Passionate, creative, detail-oriented, independent, good communication & organizational skills.
4.Good commercial market sense & business management sense.
5.Good brand, art culture relations are an advantage.
6.Good community operation(社群运营) experiences are an advantage.
7.Front-line team management experience is an advantage.
8.Willing to work efficiently under pressure and irregular working hours.
9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
10.Proficient PC & MS Office software knowledge.
11.Ability and enthusiasm to actively learn new knowledge and channels.
