1.Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with different people to collect latest business data, clear the data to ensure correctness, combine them in designed format, and make business reports, which will help management make decision and optimize business processes.
2. Key Responsibilities
61 Performance Reporting and Analysis
o Collect business data from different systems and work groups, clear data to ensure correctness and up-to-date, and generate regular (weekly, monthly, and annual) sales performance reports.
o Understand different business logic: business KPI, performance of sales individuals, and key task completion of sales operation, .... Find correct ways of collecting data, sorting data, analyzing data, and making reports accordingly.
o Provide actionable insights, based the reports made, to the sales team and management, aligning sales strategies with overall business goals.
61 Digital Tool Development and Optimization
o Design, develop, and maintain productivity - enhancing digital tools such as SharePoint sites, Power BI dashboards, and Power Apps.
o Automate repetitive workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, and present complex data in a visually appealing and understandable format.
Requirements:
-Educational Background
1.A bachelor's degree or above in subject of science or engineering. Background of data analysis will be a plus.
-Work Experience
1..Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data sorting and business analysis role within a sales - focused environment, preferably in and equipment - manufacturing foreign - invested enterprise.
2.Fresh graduate with no working experience but strong logical thinking will also be ok.
3.Experience working with sales teams of 10 or more members is highly preferred.
-Technical Skills
1.Proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, etc.
2.Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in system - related support and optimization.
-Language Proficiency
1.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
-Soft Skills
1.Strong problem - solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business issues.
2.Good team - work spirit, being able to collaborate with cross - functional departments to achieve common goals.
