About this position岗位介绍
It belongs to front office. Mainly responsible with the customer interface, service to customers, support company to obtain new business, improve profits, and transform the customer's requirements accurately to the factory.
此岗位属于前端办公室，主要是与客户接口，服务于客户，支持公司获取新业务，提高利润，并将客户的需求准确传达给厂内。
This position will report directly to the MCAD Manager.
此岗位将直接汇报给MCAD经理


Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责
61 Apply 3D CAD software to do wiring harness routing design follow design Direction. 应用3D CAD 软件按照设计方向进行线束布线设计
61 Communicate with Customer to define concept design and Driven Package Change and delivery. 与客户沟通以定义概念设计和发起变更和交付。
61 Manage Diary engineering design and complete DCR report. 管理日常工程设计并完成 DCR 报告
61 Flatten design input and complete 2D layout drawing in specific tools (AutoCAD, CHS , EB,Vesys…). 在特定工具（AutoCAD、CHS、EB、Vesys…）中展平设计输入并完成二维布局图
61 Create and Maintain 3D library of components. 创建和维护 3D 组件库
61 Create harness installation files for vehicle assembly. 创建整车装配的线束安装文件
61 Make BCO files (VW project). 制作BCO文件
61 Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety. 遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全
