Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. CRM program maintenance and optimization
61 Support Manager to maintain and optimize the CRM program. Coordinate well with IT
team, retail team, digital team, EC team throughout the program planning and
implementation.
61 Support Manager to coordinate and diversify all CRM program initiatives and activities
61 Maintain WeCom & Impluse to improve overall CRM KPIs (i.e. existing customer
retention and new customers recruiting maintenance)
61 Design and implement effective and consistent communication with VIP.
61 Work on CRM gift planning, distribution etc.
2. CRM database management including:
61 Conduct CRM data analysis and propose solution to improve KPIs
61 Provide relevant communication content for different target customers via Wecom,
MMS / SMS and else based on campaigns
3. CRM reporting
61 Preparing regular CRM report and analyze the data to amplify VIP acquisition,
conversion, retention, and reactivation.
61 Provide and support retail team to understand CRM performance in store
61 CRM programs intelligence collection from competitors for improving and establishing a
competitive CRM program.
4. CRM budgeting & training & coordination
61 Follow on payment, expense record.
61 CRM gift purchase and maintance
