1. Provide Technical Leadership to support new Product & Process design and development from,
a) Conceptual comprehension at design stage
b) Product mechanical structure & electronic circuit design
c) Material BOM specification
d) Manufacturing process flow and assembly
e) Reliability tests- functional and environmental
2. As a key technical partner to support & promote printed electronics business;
3. Provide Engineering solution & supporting to manufacturing and sales team;
4. Support operation to solve issues in mass production, such as root cause analysis, fixture design etc.
5. Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI & Volume Manufacture transition.
6. Ensure Technical Documentation is established & maintained
a) Utilize Technical database for technical project records
b) Prepare & Circulate monthly Technical Reports
7. Other duties as requested

Education & Training:
- Relevant Electronical Qualification preferred
- Well known on quality and engineering tools, such as APQP, DOE, SPC, FMEA
- AutoCAD or Adobe Illustrate qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication

Experience & Competency:
- Min 15 years’ experience in printed circuit industry.
- Ink knowledge and color match capability is preferred.
- Skilled in circuit design software
- Skilled in circuit function testing equipment and related test design
- Knowledge in reliability tests specification
- Proven track record in related Product Design Development & Introduction activities
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Creative thinking & detail-oriented personality
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability
