Key responsibilities:
1. Lead ***** cross-functional team to execute battery pack projects according to the project plan.
2. Drive the project through all phases (ESB/EB/QB/PR) to achieve on-time delivery and meet all performance, cost, and quality targets.
3. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to the Global Project Leader and management as needed.
4. Propose design changes/solutions and review with global team. Create engineering documents, etc. 3D/2D drawing, SER, BOM…
5. Review test data, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
6. Work with cross function team to ensure a smooth transition from engineering development to mass production.

Required qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in product design, development, and manufacturing, related to battery pack development.
3. Familiar with 2D and 3D drawing software; understand GD&T and can apply to design.
4. Good verbal and written English communication skills
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
