DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launched on time and budget. Ensure that these teams achieve or beyond all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Hold accountability on all new product launch related issues and lead team to achieve project flawless launch.
3. Involve in Pre-Project period with technical/timing/ customer requirement/ quotation discussion and review with Product Manager if needed.
4. Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS9000/IATF16949 procedures.
5. Serve as the expert in new product launch systems including timing, documentation and interaction.
6. Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews FMEA, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed.
7. Maintain good communication among project stakeholders (team members, departments, operation and customers…).
8. Responsible to project finance performance to improve Gross profit and NIAT during launch period.
9. The responsibility relevant to manpower management.
10. Participate in trainings, actively reporting and timely escalation.
11. Provide on the job training/support to subgroup members, coach/mentor junior members of the team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. University graduated with engineering background
2. At least 10 years work experience. At least 7 years work experience in project management.
3. Be familiar with Microsoft Office: Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
4. Basic understanding of mechanical drawing.
5. Excellent cross function and global communication skill
6. Great passion to work as a leader. Strong Leadership.
7. High degree of self-motivation.
8. Excellent at English listening, reading, speaking, and written. English is working language.
9. Has strong leadership and capability to lead complex global projects (Multi Design Centre/Manufactories/Global and local customer)/New Technology Project
10. Expert in project management and be an example/ coach the other team member
11. Familiar with APQP/ IATF16949/ VDA requirement.
12. Willing to travel
