岗位职责:
1.Develop deep understanding on the assined product lines of Idependent Automotive Aftermarekt, and influence product strategy to ensure future Dayco success;
深刻理解所负责的汽车后市场产品线,协助形成正确的产品战略以确保公司的持续发展;
2.Serve as Product expert to reinforce the competitiveness of the product lines;
作为产品线的专家不断地加强产品线的竞争力;
3.Develop new SKUs to enlarge VIO coverage with the guidance of application database;
在应用数据库的指导下,不断开发新的产品型号以扩大产品线的保有量覆盖率;
4.Establishing pricing strategy for the product line, including new product pricing and existing price optimization ;
建立合理的价格策略,包括新产品定价和现有价格的优化;
5.Lead development efforts of promotional activities, co-work with Marco team on development of sales tools, product training guides, etc.
主导执行产品促销活动,协助市场沟通团队开发产品相关销售工具、培训资料等市场推广物料;
6.Provide technique support to internal and external salesforce, assist sales team in maintaining and expanding relationships with customers.
为销售人员及客户销售人员提供技术支持,协助销售团队开发和维护客情关系;
7.Assist application database team to excel the data accuracy and coverage.
协助应用数据团队不断提升数据的保有量覆盖率和准确率。
8.Assist logistics team and purchasing team in supplier communication and management to ensure the release and delivery of products.
协助物流团队和采购团队做好供应商沟通和管理,确保产品的正常发布和交付。
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above,Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering is preferred;
本科及以上学历,机械/车辆工程专业为佳;
2.1-3 years related working experience;
1-3年相关工作经验;
3.Familiar with Office software (especially in Excel and PPT);
熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel&PPT);
4.Strong self-study ability, problem finding / analysis ability, strong communication and coordination ability;
有较强的自学能力,发现/分析问题能力,较强的沟通及协调能力;
5.Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good sense of teamwork.
工作态度积极、责任心强、良好的团队合作意识。
