Position Summary
It is required with highly motivated and skilled Robotic Automation and Digitalization Specialist to join ME team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions and digital tools to streamline our business processes. He/she will bridge the gap between operational needs and technological capabilities, playing a key role in reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and unlocking new levels of productivity and data-driven insights.


Main Accountabilities
Responsibility:

Digitalization & Innovation:
61 Champion the adoption of digital tools and a data-centric culture across the organization.
61 Explore and prototype new technologies such as COBOT, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and top-end effective devices to enhance automation capabilities.
61 Implement data collection and analytics solutions to provide visibility into process performance and bot efficiency.

Development & Implementation:
61 Develop, configure, and test software robots (bots) using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
61 Build and deploy digital applications and workflows using platforms. (e.g. MES, DMP)
61 Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems (SAP, MES, databases)
61 Adhere to best practices in coding, security, and data integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Process Analysis & Solution Design:
61 Identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation and digital transformation.
61 Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses to prioritize automation opportunities.
61 Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code/No-Code platforms, and other digital technologies.
61 Create detailed Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents.

Maintenance & Support:
61 Monitor the performance and health of automated processes in production.
61 Provide timely support and troubleshooting for any issues or exceptions that arise.
61 Manage change requests, perform bot version control, and ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions.

Collaboration & Training:
61 Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
61 Train and mentor business users on new digital tools and automated processes.
61 Contribute to the organization's Center of Excellence (CoE) for automation by sharing knowledge and establishing standards.




Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas
Having strategic thinking, change management, business process re-engineering, and experience with a wider suite of digital technologies (Cloud, IoT, Analytics).

Internal & External Working Relationships
Global IoT team, Manufacturing lead-team

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience (10+ years) in developing and deploying automation solutions, preferably familiar with analytic software
Experience with code with COBOT, and programing to interact with manufacturing equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex processes.
Understanding of integrations and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Project management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness for traveling, providing technical solutions to M+H plants worldwide.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Mechanical Industry
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of AMR deployment knowledge
Familiarity with AI concepts, OCR technologies, and Intelligent Document Processing.
Experience with digital tools (Digital VSM, SFM)

Foreign language/Computer ability:

Fluent in English listening, speaking and written.
