工作职责:
You will lead the Site IT team/ resources in the factory or Hitachi Energy site67, act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams67 for IT related topics and ensure the Ticket Mgt, Ticket Triage and Escalation.
You will provide Infrastructure support/ delivery onsite67, maintain Governance and security onsite67, collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory / office67
You will provide IT Build project management67, a *** line support and governance67 for applications and ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management67.
You will ensure *** response for Cybersecurity emergency, plan and manage factory/ site IT Budget and cost control and ensure Machine Connectivity with network core switches.
You will manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity, (PLC programming out of scope)67 and ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site.
You will ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
You will guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee and work Onsite to the site or factory your assigned to full time 5 days a week.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职资格:
You hold bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
More than 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, 5+ years prior experience in IT Infrastructure, IT/OT machine connectivity, Incident Management and Change Management and 3+ years prior experience in execution of Digital Transformation IT build projects.
2 years of experience in project management of complex global projects.
Good hands-on in MS Office Products67-Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SNOW Service Now Enterprise IT Management Platform, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure, SAP67 S4Hana and Information/Data & Analytics/Business Intelligence.
L6S Lean 6 Sigma Certified and ITIL 4 Preferred.
Experience on following methodologies tool: PM/Agile PM and COBIT.
Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping, manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management is an advantage.
Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies, together with end-to-end business processes knowledge.
Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.
Proficiency in English speaking communication.
