About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague who will join our production team in Beijing plant.

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:

● Create and optimize work instruction, FMEA, CP and related SAP data.
● Arrange trial and standard produce of new production and define standard work time with related department.
● Analyze the quality problem with fish bone chart,5-why, find the root cause and make measures.
● Maintain the equipment, fixture and spare part, purchase auxiliary material.
● Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency.
● Design and improve fixture to give better support to production.
● Lead 8D project, now product project and cost down project.
● Responsible for regular technical training.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile as Process Engineer:

● Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanic or related
● At least 3 years assembly experience of mechanical production
● Ability to work under pressure
● Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
● Proficiency with SAP and MS-Office.
