Cloud and Infra Architect 20k-26k

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud and Infra Architect to shape Scania’s infra journey in China. We have a “cloud ***” approach at Scania. The current solutions landscape contains cloud native solutions as well as hybrid cloud and on-premise setups. As Scania’s footprint in China is growing rapidly, we expect new demands to be met by predominantly cloud native solutions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Infrastructure Design: Develop and maintain a comprehensive infrastructure architecture that aligns with the Scania’s strategic goals. This includes designing networks, servers, storage, security solutions, and cloud stack services.
Operational Excellence Guru: Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and implementing best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization.
Stakeholder management. To successfully perform in this role one’s stakeholder management skills are of essence. These stakeholders are both external (e.g. vendors, consultants) as well as Internal (central cloud and infra teams, fellow architects, ISEC, internal customers, ***** IT colleagues, etc.).
Project Player. Good understanding of PMP, Agile, ITIL Foundation and relative Toolchain experiences
Shape the infra strategy
Work together with the operational infra teams to optimize system performance, security, and scalability while adhering to industry best practices.
Drive setup of integration platforms in hybrid delivery model
Drive continuous improvement through automation, code reviews, and best practice adoption.
Collaborate with different PRUs solution architecture to detect/find chance to enhance/optimize the enterprise infrastructure.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud architecture and 5 years of non-cloud infra
Proven track record of working in a network & cloud & infra architect role
Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe4.5+/ITIL Foundation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Excellent English Communication.
Certifications in infra/cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Ali Cloud, and XXCE.
Experience with Multiple infrastructure components for Hardware/Netowrk/Storage/Middleware/Monitoring/Platform/Application/Connectivity.
Experience of AI is highly desirable
