KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
主要职责
- Ensure compliance with Club’s IT standards, policies and processes.
- Provide front line support on reported fault and arrange maintenance vendor for remedy and maintenance services.
- Support routine maintenance works and project deployment of infra equipment in IT hubs room.
- Maintain vendor relationship and evaluate vendor performance. Follow up with maintenance vendors and user departments regarding to various devices.
- Work on office hours on ***** race-day and non-race day support.
- Work closely with IT departments to ensure that the end user experience meets expectations and business demands.
QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE

- Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines, Degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines would be a plus.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience managing and delivering hardware and software services including at least 2 years in a management/supervisor role.
- Experience in problem solving and communication skills to update the progress among business users and internal operation team and stakeholders.
- Familiar with managing vendor and having an established relationship with vendor.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or supporting project tasks is valued.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, basic server & network knowledge.
- At least lead one IT project with project size is no less than 300K.
- Good communication skill and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Holder of CCNP/CCIE/HCNP/HCIE/ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred.
