1.参与产品测试内容讨论,从测试的角度给出要求和建议
Participate product testing items discussion and give suggestions from the perspective of testing;
2.根据客户要求以及公司内部技术标准有效制定软件验证的方案, 并利用相关设备实施测试计划安排
Designing and planning of software validation test according to customer or internal requirements
3.分析系统需求/设计需求/客户需求，开发相应的测试用例及测试规范
Analyze system requirements/design requirements/customer requirements and develop test cases and test specification to verifythem.；
4.参与研发团队技术开发和测试，按期完成集成测试任务
Work with design and development team, perform integration test on time;
5.根据测试大纲和测试计划, 按期进行系统测试任务
According to test plan and test requirement, conduct system test;
6.根据测试数据和结果递交测试报告
Submit the report based on test data and results;
7.分析和评估测试数据，提供给研发部门和管理层
Analyzes and evaluates test data for use by electronic engineering and management.;
8.锁定问题,并对所有出现的工程问题进行原因分析
Perform root cause analysis in identifying and solving engineering problems.;
9.按照测试用例用CANoe或Vspy3或Labview 开发测试脚本
Develop test script according to test cases by Labview.;
10.运用CANoe或Vspy3或Labview或VB开发测试工具
Develop test tool with CANoe or Vspy3 or Labview or VB;
11.运用部门现有的硬件设备和资源,开发新产品的测试测量解决方案
Develop test and measurement solutions for new products;


招聘要求：
1.本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above;
2.电子工程相关专业
Electronics Engineering related major;
3.2年以上汽车电子产品测试的工作经验优先考虑
2+ years working experience in automotive electronics testing is preferred;
4.熟悉电子产品测试（如环境测试，电磁兼容测试软件集成测试等）
Familiar with electronic product testing (e.g. Environment test, EMC, SW integration test);
5.使用VB或Labview编程的技能
Programming skills in Visual Basic and Labview ability to use bench test equipment ;
6.通过硬件与软件采集测试数据经验
Experience in the integration of data acquisition hardware and software into testing computers;
7.有汽车行业背景的优先考虑
