岗位职责： 1.负责保险产品App的开发发、架构设计、高质量交付、维护及技术文档编写； 2.负责快速解决开发过程及生产使用中存在的各种问题，提升产品客户满意度； 3.关注调研业内前沿技术，优化现有技术架构\组件，确保公司产品技术领先性。 岗位要求： 1.本科学历及以上，计算机或软件工程相关专业，熟悉常见的数据结构和算法； 2.3年以上Android客户端开发经验，在过往就职经历中担任过核心开发角色； 3.精通Android SDK，熟练掌握Android源码，熟悉安卓生态三方库及各类组件； 4.熟悉Kotlin、JNI，熟悉复用性架构与跨平台框架，具备Flutter项目经验； 5.具备Java基础，熟悉UI、自定义View、Framework、多线程、网络编程等; 5.熟悉面向对象设计、MVVM架构模式及常用设计模式，熟悉JetPack、EventBus； 6.熟练使用Adb/Gradle/Maven/Git，熟悉APK打包、混淆、签名、加固等过程； 7.具备写单元测试、自动化测试、性能分析能力，能够深层次的代码/性能调优； 8.有良好的编程习惯和编码风格，代码结构清晰，有较强的逻辑思维和主动学习能力； 9.有较强沟通及理解能力，执行力及抗压能力强，有良好的团队合作意识及责任心。

1.招聘要求： 1)电子工程，计算机技术，数字信号处理，图像处理等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2)具备良好的图像或信号理论基础，熟悉ccd/cmos图像采集及isp处理基本原理及流程，对ae，awb，af有一定研究者优先考虑； 3)熟悉c/c++及嵌入式软件开发，具有linux操作系统下软件开发经验，熟悉视频采集，编码方案，具有一定的前端摄像机硬件，及光学经验者优先； 4)具备良好的数学基础，能够熟练用matlab，python等软件进行算法仿真； 5)两年及以上图像处理，调试经验者优先； 6.对摄像机图像调试研究及开发有浓厚的兴趣及锲而不舍的精神. 2.岗位职责 1)负责摄像机的图像调优，努力使摄像机的图像质量达到或超越行业水平： 2)负责摄像机中ae，awb，af算法及isp算法的开发，维护及优化； 3)负责摄像机中平台开发，sensor对接等系统联调相关工作。
