    直播运营 岗位职责 1、负责本地生活行业抖音直播带货生态运营; 2、负责直播间的整体规划和运营,直播团队的搭建和理,对直播数据负责,能独立进行直播复盘并不断优化提升直播直播技巧; 3、熟悉直播业务,深刻了解抖音平台规则,能够深度挖掘分析渠道用户喜好,持续优化链路,通过数据分析与运营策略,有效推动业务增长; 4、基于公司业务发展需求,及时掌握行业动态,灵活调整直播策略,不断推陈出新,适应抖音渠道特性。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历,3年及以上直播运营团队操盘管理经验,熟悉抖音平台运营模式,对直播行业有高敏感度与判断力; 2、有成功的电商直播操盘经验,对于直播经营模型、主播管理等核心模块有沉淀与认知; 3、数据分析能力与沟通表达能力、协调能力强,适应多变环境,抗压能力强; 4、熟悉行业动态,具备较强的全局统筹和把控能力,能够进行独立决策; 5、有10人以上团队管理经验,有本地生活类和品牌直播间运营经验优先。
