管培生资质要求：

Qualification Requirements For Management Trainees:

1. 外籍在华留学生，可熟练使用中文和母语进行工作应用，多国语言技能加分；

1. Foreign students in China can proficiently use Chinese and their mother tongue for work, and multi-language skills prefer;

2. 具有优秀的逻辑思维与系统分析能力、创造力及商业敏感度；

2. Have excellent logical thinking and system analysis skills, creativity and business sensitivity;

3. 对泛娱乐社交的移动互联网行业具有极大热情，愿意接受1-2年岗位轮岗；

3. Have great enthusiasm for the pan-entertainment and social mobile Internet industry, and are willing to accept 1-2 years of job rotation;
