The Channel Partner Manager, Tech is responsible for the acquisition and growth of Impact’s technology partnerships in ANZ. You will be working with some of the most innovative, and well known SaaS technologies in the world while being part of building a world-class, Technology Partner Program.
Key performance indicators will include referrals/bookings from channel partners.
It’s essential that the person in this position maintain a structured approach to advancing relationships with partner organizations while keeping accurate records of the business pipeline with the partner.
This role will report directly to the Director of Partnerships APAC
Essential Responsibilities
•Identify, conceptualize and nurture ANZ technology partnerships from inception through to a productive partner
•Collaborate with our NA Channel Partner team to ensure global alignment on existing established integration partners
•Grow the volume of leads/referrals from Impact technology partners
•Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Sales leads on planning and got to market strategy for new integrated partners
•Collaborate with Product and other departments to help determine Impact’s integration roadmap, based on key market opportunities
•Manage the inbound referral process between technology partners and Impact Sales - transmitting information and leads to the appropriate Impact team members and carefully monitoring and assisting with the progress of those opportunities, to the benefit of the new channel partner relationship
•Execute on-site/virtual enablement (where appropriate) with strategic tech partners to better engage the wider team and map out the organizational stakeholders across various potential verticals
•Drive awareness of
impact.com amongst the tech community, through thought leadership, in-person speaking engagements, industry events
•Operate to a win-together mindset, creating deep, long-lasting relationships with key tech partners
