Responsibilities

1. Build and scale CN martech stack. Core stack including marketing automatio

n, campaign management, and content management.

2. Define, build and optimize lead allocation and qualification model to incre

ase new customer revenue and conversion velocity

3. Create dashboards suitable for day-to-day management and executive manageme

nt consumption

4. Track and report on channel effectiveness and identify opportunities to max

imize ROI in high growth B2B fintech environment

5. Continue to build and refine our approach to marketing attribution

6. Identify and optimize impactful levers to drive continuous improvement



What You Will Bring

1. 3-5 years experience in growth/operations, with at least 2 years experience

in marketing operations/marketing automation.

2. Deep understanding of marketing automation technologies – ideally you’ve

used more than one of the leading tools and are proficient in the Salesforc

e CRM system also.

3. Experience building lifecycle marketing programs is highly favorable.

4. Experience in a fast-moving and self motivated culture.

5. Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and o

perational performance

6. Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty

7. Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different l

evels, ability to influence people across the organization
