主要职责:
1、作为国际客户技术及产品咨询的主要联系人
2、定期向客户通报公司平台的更新和升级信息
3、参与产品开发测试,确保对产品功能全面了解
4、收集并分析客户反馈,积极处理并追踪进度
5、与产品开发团队紧密合作,准确传达信息
任职要求:
1、英语母语水平的口语和书面表达能力
2、技术背景为佳,最好熟悉区块链及相关技术
3、至少2 年相关领域的工作经验,包括技术支持、产品测试或客户关系管理
出色的问题解决和分析技能
4、耐心及友善,能够有效进行跨文化沟通和交流
5、团队合作精神强,具有自驱性和主动性
Key Responsibilities:
1 、 Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from
international clients.
2、Regularly communicate updates and upgrades of the platform to clients.
3 、 Engage in product development testing to ensure a comprehensive
understanding of product features.
4、Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend product improvements.
5 、 Collaborate closely with the product development team for accurate
technical information dissemination.
Qualifications:
1、Native-level English proficiency, both in speaking and writing.
2 、Technical background is preferred, enabling a better understanding and
handling of technical issues.
3、At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, encompassing aspects of
technical support, product testing, or client relations.
4、Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5、Capable of effective cross-cultural communication and engagement.
6、Team player with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
