About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented bioinformatics engineer intern to join our team. As a bioinformatics engineer intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that are at the forefront of the field. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of bioinformatics tools and technologies, and you will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines
Analyze and interpret bioinformatics data
Develop and maintain bioinformatics software
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design and execute bioinformatics studies
Present research findings at conferences and meetings
Qualifications

Master's degree in bioinformatics, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
