本岗位共招聘多名实习生，分为电商平台运营、新媒体推广、品牌活动、客户开发方向。

（1）方向一：
1、协助运营团队制定并执行各类线上线下的活动策划与实施，提升用户活跃度及品牌影响力。
2、 负责日常数据监控与分析，包括但不限于网站流量、用户行为等关键指标，为运营策略调整提供数据支持。
3、管理社交媒体平台，定期发布高质量内容，维护良好的社区氛围，提高粉丝互动率。
4、支持完成其他临时性或跨部门协作项目，确保公司整体运营目标顺利达成。

（2）方向二：
1、网站维护与开发
1.1 网站服务器及相关软硬件的维护，对可能出现的问题进行评估，制定响应时间。
1.2 网站内容的更新、调整等工作，掌握Wordpress、CSS和JavaScript等相关技能。
1.3 制定相关网站维护的规定，将网站维护制度化、规范化。
1.4 SEO优化：优化网站结构、关键词选择和内容质量，提高搜索引擎排名。

2、内容营销：定期在网站、社交媒体发布有价值的内容，吸引用户，利用社交媒体平台进行网站宣传和推广。

以上两个方向实习生的任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，优秀应届生亦可申请（需展示相关实习经历或项目经验），传媒、电商、运营、计算机类专业优先考虑。
2、具备较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
3、 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件，了解基本的数据分析方法。懂平面设计、网页设计类优先考虑。
4、 对互联网行业充满热情，对新媒体运营有基本认知。有账号运营、电商平台运营类经验优先考虑。
5、 工作积极主动，注重细节，能够承受一定工作压力。

（3）方向三：
Foreign trade sales intern
1、Responsibilities
1.1 Keep learning relevant skills on the job,improving personal understanding of foreign trade;
1.2 Familiar with foreign trade business process,provide necessary business support for the business team through the execution of inquiry, order placing and tracking and customers development;
1.3 Analyze the market trends and evaluate the demand,collect customers information;
1.4 Coordinate the work arrangement of the department,complete various tasks assigned by the leader;
1.5 Able to grow rapidly during the internship;
1.6 At least 3 working days per week.

2、Qualifications
1.1 Major in international trade, marketing, economics,or interested in foreign trade industry;
1.2 Fluent in written and oral English.Knowledge of Spanish, French or German is a plus;
1.3 Familiar with office software including excel,word,Power point and others;
1.4 Good at communication,able to work under pressure,strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

三、考勤及薪资待遇：
1、日薪100~200元/天，根据面试评估能力后定岗、定薪。
2、朝九晚六，中午休息一小时，周末双休。
