We are looking for an experienced WeChat and Web Developer to join our dynamic team to develop and maintain web applications for APAC and to play a key role in enhancing our WeChat presence and functionality. This role will be a strong contributor in the execution of the strategic direction for the company, the success of this position will be measured by the usability, quality, and timeliness of applications delivery.
In this role, you will…
61 Design, develop, and maintain WeChat Mini Programs to enhance user engagement and provide seamless experiences.
61 Integrate WeChat APIs into existing systems for efficient communication and data exchange.
61 Implement secure user authentication and authorization processes within the WeChat environment.
61 Develop and maintain web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks.
61 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
61 Ensure the responsiveness and performance of web applications across various devices and browsers
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to gather requirements and ensure cohesive integration.
61 Write technical documentation

In this role, you’ll need …
61 Solid understanding of the WeChat ecosystem, including Mini Program development, APIs, and payment integration
61 Expert in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
61 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
61 Proven experience as a WeChat Developer
61 Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Aliyun, Heroku, Amazon) as a plus
61 Experience with microservices development as a plus
61 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
61 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
61 Good communication and teamwork skills, open-minded and tolerant, with a high sense of responsibility, positive and rigorous work, good at thinking and brave to take responsibility
Education and/or Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
61 8+ years overall experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Ruby on Rails).
