JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure to ensure high efficiency and availability. This role requires comprehensive technical skills and problem-solving capabilities to support enterprise virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup, and recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Server Infrastructure Management:
Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of physical servers and storage devices within the enterprise, ensuring hardware stability.
Provide secure and reliable data storage solutions, ensuring data availability and safety.
2. Virtualization Platform Management:
Proficient in managing the VMware vSphere platform to optimize virtualization environments and deliver high availability.
3. Operating Systems and Enterprise Services Management:
Manage and optimize various operating systems (Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, etc.).
Support and maintain the Microsoft O365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune management.
Familiarity with automation service platforms (e.g., ZOHO, Ansible).
4. Backup and Recovery:
Plan and execute routine backups using tools (e.g., Veeam, Synology ABB), formulate disaster recovery plans (DRP), and periodically validate backup integrity.
5. Storage Management:
Configure and manage multi-brand storage devices (e.g., Synology, DELL&EMC) to support fast enterprise data access and disaster recovery.
6. System Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Proficient in mainstream monitoring platforms (e.g., ZABBIX, Grafana, ELK) for real-time performance monitoring of core systems, prioritizing and resolving issues promptly, and optimizing resource utilization continuously.
7. Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain technical documentation, including system topology diagrams, data flow diagrams, etc.

Qualifications:
1. Education Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in system engineering or related roles with a solid understanding of infrastructure.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficient in VMware vSphere and other mainstream virtualization platforms.
Familiar with Microsoft O365 and related technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, etc.).
In-depth understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems with practical deployment and operation experience.
Familiarity with mainstream storage devices (Synology, DELL&EMC) and backup solutions management and maintenance.
Strong networking and security awareness with an understanding of data networks, network security, and databases.
