职位职责： 1、负责教育行业品牌营销方向运营，了解图书/电子硬件/教育培训的生意模式，并深挖广告主的营销诉求，结合客户不同生意阶段，输出可复用的营销策略主张； 2、熟悉商业化广告产品机制，重点结合平台的招商、品牌、巨量星图产品优势，输出整合解决方案，并反驱行业招商IP供给，推动品牌/巨量星图产品技术能力升级，助力提升广告主营销效果。 职位要求： 1、3年以上行业运营工作经验，具备一定的行业分析能力及总结能力，逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强； 2、擅长品牌营销，具备较强的提案汇报/展示能力，有4A公司、策划经验优先，耐消品行业背景优先； 3、具备成功的项目管理经验，沟通能力强，良好的应变能力及跨部门协作能力，独立统筹过0-1项目； 4、有较强的团队合作意识，拥抱变化，较强的抗压能力。
